UHR Consult Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the uhr consult website (the “Website”) and the services we offer, including recruitment, training hall rentals, and HR consultations (the “Services”).
HALL BOOKING TERMS OF SERVICE
⦁ The client will be responsible for damages that may arise as a result of the event at UHR’s facility,.
⦁ While no additional decorations are permitted within and outside the facility, you are welcome to bring and display your roll-up banner(s).
⦁ The halls are available from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Saturday and 1pm – 6pm on Sundays. Additional hours will attract extra charges – N30,000 per hour.
⦁ UHR Training Hall accessories (Projector, whiteboard, podium, microphones) are available to the client free of charge.
⦁ All bookings can only be secured upon payment of the Training Hall fee SEVEN working days prior to the intended date of use.
⦁ Minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling/cancellation. Rescheduling/cancellations outside the stated time frame will incur an extra charge (30% of the total hall rental fee).
⦁ Avoid littering the premises. Please dispose of all waste appropriately into waste bins provided
⦁ Noise should be kept at barest minimum in order to avoid distracting other clients.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Website or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of the Terms, you are not authorized to use the Website or Services.
Use of the Website and Services
You may use the Website and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Website or Services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of uhr or any third party.
- Disrupt or interfere with the security of the Website or Services.
- Transmit any viruses or other harmful code.
- Use the Website or Services for any unauthorized commercial purpose.

The content on the Website and Services, including text, graphics, images, and other materials (“Content”) is the property of uhr or its licensors. You may not use the Content without our prior written permission.

Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Nigerian Arbitration Centre. The arbitration shall be held in Abuja, Nigeria
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and UHR regarding your use of the Website and Services.
This Terms of Service is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.
